About Standard Life Real Estate Services Inc. Standard Life Real Estate Services Inc. (SLRS) was created in 2003 from internal restructuring within the Standard Life Assurance Company. Its 250 professionals are located in six (6) offices across Canada. The mandate of SLRS is to provide property management, project and construction management, real estate development to investors and owners other than Standard Life. Today SLRS manages approximately 11.8 Million square feet of commercial real estate and services over 1200 tenants.
